After two acupuncture treatments with Olivia, my back pain was considerably lessened. After the third treatment it was gone completely and I’d had this pain for almost a month, so it was a huge relief. Olivia was extremely calm and soft spoken which made for an overall environment of peace and healing. I am vocal with needling and talk a lot and sometimes yell “ouch” and she was not shaken up or annoyed by me. Instead, she was extremely attentive and would always check to see if the point was too strong, and if it settled after the initial insertion. 

She would palpate the area first to find the points that really needed work and I appreciate this because I knew this would make the acupuncture as effective as possible. She would guide me on when to breathe, too, and this really helped me with the initial needle insertion. Overall, Olivia gives off an air of calm confidence which in turn made me calmer. She also listens to the patient so closely and makes her patients feel heard.

The acupuncture treatment I received from Olivia was very helpful with my post operation. I walked in with a lot of swelling, especially behind my eyes, and the next day the swelling around my eyes was completely gone! This helped me so much during my recovery. Olivia is very gentle and she really takes her time to understand and personalize you're treatment with the best outcome. The acupuncture helped my digestion after anesthesia, helped with swelling, nervousness, nausea, pain, and chest/throat tightness. I highly recommend this treatment for post operations and for general wellness
